Palm Desert’s Civic Center Park Amphitheater is once again the hot spot for live music in May with the return of the City’s Spring Concerts in the Park.
Enjoy free concerts under the stars at Civic Center Park Amphitheater at 7:30 p.m. on four consecutive Thursdays in May beginning with a performance on May 9 by the Bobby Sanchez Combo. The Bobby Sanchez Combo’s 50s-style rockabilly music is just one highlight of the City’s spring concert series, which includes a U2 tribute band, new country music, and a performance featuring Calypso music, limbo dancing, and fire eating.
Concertgoers are encouraged to bring picnic baskets, blankets, and lawn chairs. Beverages and snacks will also be available for purchase. Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited.
