Drake Fam­ily Farms
Drake Fam­ily Farms cheeses are both “farm­stead” and “arti­san”. “Farm­stead” means made on the farm with milk exclu­sively from the farm’s own ani­mals. Accord­ing to the Amer­i­can Cheese Soci­ety, the word “arti­san or arti­sanal” implies that a cheese is pro­duced pri­mar­ily by hand, in small batches, with par­tic­u­lar atten­tion paid to the tra­di­tion of the cheese maker’s art, and thus using as lit­tle mech­a­niza­tion as pos­si­ble in the pro­duc­tion of the cheese

We Grow about 100 dif­fer­ent kinds of fruits & Veg­eta­bles. We have a total of 18 acre that we farm. On this farm we have about 1200 Avo­cado Trees, 1000 Cit­rus trees, 200 stone fruit trees and about two acres of vegetables.

Her­bi­vore 
At her back­yard farm in Sky Val­ley, Cal­i­for­nia, Gabrielle Gaul of Her­bi­vore grows organic basil, mint, oregano, sage, thyme, rose­mary and tar­ragon. In addi­tion to herbs, she’s recently begun mak­ing deli­cious raw cacao bars.

T & D Farms
Together, Tom Archibald, Doug Pow­ell and with help from their imme­di­ate fam­ily, have com­bined years of farm­ing expe­ri­ence to cre­ate T&D Farms.
Located in Red­lands, Ca, we are in fer­tile soil to grow fresh pro­duce for our cus­tomers. T & D Farms does not use sprays, pes­ti­cides, or GMO’S, but rather grows the “Old Fash­ioned Way.” We grow sea­son­ally, rotat­ing our compost-fed crops spac­ing them closer together to nat­u­rally grow in abun­dance.
Like many of the peo­ple who help us farm, we believe that our cus­tomers should be treated like fam­ily. We grow as a fam­ily so that our cus­tomers can grow in their own com­mu­ni­ties.
Addi­tion­ally, we sell our pro­duce at sev­eral south­ern CA cer­ti­fied local farm­ers’ mar­kets and pro­vide local restau­rants with fresh, sea­sonal>e.

Temec­ula Honey
Local honey for sale, hand-packed all natural honey Temec­ula Val­ley Honey Com­pany was cre­ated in 2005 to sat­isfy a need for high qual­ity local honey. It has always been our goal to con­cen­trate on the high­est qual­ity tech­niques for pack­ing and bot­tling to ensure our cus­tomers receive a con­sis­tent and nat­ural raw prod­uct every time.

Cassie’s Home Pies is owned and operated by Cassie and Brandon Topalian. Located in the Coachella Valley/ Palm Springs, California area. We bake pies and baked goods from our home that are available for local delivery and pick up. Our pies are made from fresh seasonal fruit.
