Cathi and Ben Walter were great to work with. Cathi gave us great feedback on some small, cost effective updates we should add to our landscape and interior to help the house show better. She then came in and took great photos of the house for the listing.
She did a fantastic job with the online marketing as well as the broker marketing. We had a ton of people through the house right away and multiple offers right away.
